How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE within Canada for orders over $50. Below $50, its $5 for standard shipping and $21.90 for expedited delivery within Canada.
Outside Canada, Economy International shipping is flat $25 irrespective of the order value.
We offer free pick-up services along with drop-off services, for limited locations. Reach out to us via Instagram to know more or simply click contact us.
How long will it take my shipment to arrive?
All orders are shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery can take 2-5 business days for within Canada and up to 30 business days for International. Order once confirmed, cannot be cancelled.
What shipping company do you use?
We use a variety of couriers, depending on which one can get it to you the fastest. The companies we use are Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx, Purolator, ICS, UPS, GLS, Intelcom, UniUni etc.
I placed an order, how do I track it?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information on the email provided during order confirmation. If you do not receive the tracking information within 72hrs of the order placed, please contact us using one of the above mentioned channels.
