Refund policy

At Sufna, we believe in getting it right in the first attempt. We ensure all products are delivered as seen and ordered by you. That being said, we also provide a 7 days refund/exchange policy, if you receive an incorrect order. Please reach out to us at sufnacanada@outlook.com as soon as you receive your order.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if you received incorrect order. We would be able to process an exchange only if we have the same item in stock. Please contact us at sufnacanada@outlook.com to request an exchange. An unboxing video is required for all complaints.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you paid through credit card and haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company. It can take up to 3-5 business days for a credit to reflect on your account.

If you paid through your PayPal account, please contact PayPal.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged.
