A. All are prices are in CAD.
Q. What are the shipping charges?
A. Shipping is FREE within Ontario for orders over $50. Below $50, its $5 for standard delivery. Outside Ontario, shipping is FREE for orders over $100. Below $100, its $10 for standard delivery. Flat rate of $21.90 for expedited delivery within Canada. However, we offer free pick-up services along with drop-off services, for limited locations. Q. Is this real jewelry?
A. We offer Imitation Jewelry only.
Q. The size/color I received is different from what is on your website?
A. As mentioned with our products, all our pictures are taken in natural light without any filters. Please note that colors may vary according to your screen settings. The size & weight measurements are approximate values.
Q. How do I know the weight & dimensions of a product?
A. We try our best to provide extensive information about each product. Please feel free to contact us via email, chat option on the website, Instagram or call/text us if you need assistance. All our product measures are approximate measurements & may slightly vary.
Q. Do you use filters on your pictures? What if the product is not same as shown on the website?
A. We do not use filters. The product colors may slightly vary as per your phone settings.
Q. I do not have a credit card, do you accept other payment methods?
A. If you're unable to place an order using the payment methods on the website, please connect with us on Instagram or email sufnacanada@outlook.com & we can confirm your order via Interac deposit.
If you're picking up an order, you can pay cash at the time of pick-up.
