A. We offer Imitation Jewelry only.
Q. The size/color I received is different from what is on your website?
A. As mentioned with our products, all our pictures are taken in natural light without any filters. Please note that colors may vary according to your screen settings. The size & weight measurements are approximate values.
Q. How do I know the weight & dimensions of a product?
A. We try our best to provide extensive information about each product. Please feel free to contact us if you need assistance. All our product measures are approximate measurements & may slightly vary.
Q. What if the product is not same as shown on the website?
A. We do not use filters. The product colors may slightly vary as per your phone settings. Unpacking video is required for any complaints.
Q. I changed my mind and would like to return the order, how do I proceed?
